At JAMS Capital, Josh leads the fund’s research and portfolio management efforts with an emphasis on fundamental value, asymmetric risk-reward, and macro-awareness. Michael Chen is the Co-Founder and Head of the Quantitative Department at JAMS Capital, as well as a Co-Founder of JAMS Investment. With a background in electrical engineering and a specialization in artificial intelligence, Michael integrates technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets. His experience spans the application of AI in stock market analysis and portfolio optimization, alongside a engagement with fundamental and technical strategy development.Michael’s journey began with a passion for exploring how innovative technologies can transform investment strategies. While his research includes cutting-edge AI applications, he also values the insights gained from traditional financial principles. At JAMS Capital, Michael leads the Quantitative Department, focusing on rigorous research and the integration of advanced tools with disciplined investment practices. Alagtin specializes in 3D animation and visual compositing, and holds a degree in Commercial Design. With strong passion and expertise in brand building and visual identity, Alagtin has focused much of their previous work on 3D visual design and the study of AIGC-generated imagery. The overall brand identity of JAMS Capital was directed and produced by Alagtin, who brought a refined sense of aesthetics shaped by a design background into this financial brand.At JAMS Capital, Alagtin leads the Visual Development Department and oversees the design of the entire visual system. Drawing from prior experience leading JAMS Investment, Alagtin is committed to shaping JAMS Capital into a distinctive and innovative brand extension. Looking ahead, Alagtin plans to experiment with new visual and design languages to further transform and redefine JAMS Capital’s brand image.
